Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Hello Food, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We strive to ensure every order meets your expectations. Please read our refund and cancellation policy below:

1. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled within 5 minutes of placing, subject to confirmation by our team.
  • Once the food preparation has started, the order cannot be cancelled.

2. Refund Policy

Refunds are applicable under the following conditions:

  • You received the wrong order
  • The food was not delivered
  • There was a serious issue with the quality or condition of the food

To request a refund:

  • Contact us via phone/email within 2 hours of order delivery
  • Share your order ID and details of the issue

3. Refund Processing

  • Once approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days
  • For cash-on-delivery orders, eligible refunds will be provided as a credit voucher or bank transfer

4. Non-Refundable Situations

  • Change of mind after order is prepared or dispatched
  • Delay caused by factors beyond our control (traffic, weather, etc.)
  • Minor taste preferences
